Review of Love Stage!!

The Storyline is definitely unique in most ways. I loved the fact is wasn’t all focused on the Love, or the fact it is a Shounen-Ai Anime, but it also has heaps of Comedy in it, which made this Anime so much better. The pace and style of this Anime was actually surprisingly really well done, but I must say, watching the OVA afterwards the main Series, did help end it a bit better, but it’s not essential. 

The Animation and Sound was fantastic and the opening song… was so addicting and catchy and that’s no lie. I also love the eyes of the main boy, it is really well animated.

The Characters, what to say about those damn Characters. Izumi is a young, cute and small guy, but I kept mistaken him being a young boy. I loved the fact he didn’t want to follow in his family’s footsteps but wanted to make his own future and do what he wants to do. Ryouma for me was a very difficult character to like, but eventually I did end up liking him. Some of his traits weren’t appealing at all, but his kindness at times was heart-warming. The relationship between Izumi and Ryouma was sweet and cute but uncomfortable at times, because of Izumi looking so damn young and little. Izumi’s older brother; Shougo was normally the one that makes it the funniest and his obsession and protectiveness over Izumi is pretty cute and funny.

Overall this Anime was shockingly a really good Anime, even though I thought it wouldn’t be. It did romance and comedy justice.

Review of Blue Spring Ride (Ao Haru Ride)

The Storyline is pretty similar to other school romance Anime but of course there are some differences. You have the girl that hangs around with “Popular” girls so she isn’t alone. You have the popular boy who doesn’t even need to try. The difference is, it’s not a simpler, I love you, You love Me thing, as there’s problems and difficulties in both the girl and the boy and of course, let’s not forget….Love Triangle, which was the bit I didn’t like. The pace and the way it was told were amazing and well done. I love how it tackled other problems other than the main love interest.

The Animation and Sound was amazing and I loved the Opening song, it was catchy and memorable.

The Characters were the weakest thing of all the Anime. I loved the majority of them, and I loved the main two characters; Kou and Futaba, but some of the Secondary Characters, I just wanted to yell at them, as they were just annoying. The main secondary Character that I didn’t like was Yuuri, she was just in the way all the time, and causes stuff that just shouldn’t have happened, of course by the end, I didn’t mind her, but the majority of the time I didn’t like her.

Overall I really loved this Romance Anime, although certain things really annoyed me. I also hope for a second season, although it’s not the end of the world, if a second season doesn’t come around.

This Anime was one of those Anime that made me question reality and life, it also was one of those Anime that got me pretty much hooked right from the start. The character development in this Anime was so amazingly put together and the storyline was even more amazing. If you like an action packed drama with some romance and tears then this Anime is perfect for you.

Anime Spotlight #11: Vampire Knight

Description:
Cross Academy is a school with a difference: in a unique and experimental setup designed by the headmaster, it has a Day Class consisting of ordinary humans and a Night Class filled with vampires. Yuki Cross and her friend Zero Kiryu are school prefects whose job it is to make sure the secret of the Night Class is always safe; they patrol the school grounds at night and supervise the switchover of classes at dawn and dusk to prevent any 'accidents' from happening. Reason for Spotlight:
This was one of my first Anime series that I watched and loved and also the first Anime that I have re-watched twice and will most likely re-watch it again in the near future.
I loved this story, it was unique at the time, amazing and the music was stunningly brilliant.
Not only is this season good but so is the second season called "Vampire Knight Guilty", which concludes the whole Anime, but if you want to find out more, you will have to read the manga.
The reason I wanted to spotlight this, was because the rating is lowish, but maybe because it's been watched by so many people.
Watch this if you love vampires and the supernatural with romance.

Description:

Reason for Spotlight:
Although this has a great rating it hasn't been watching by a lot of people, which leads to me think "Why?". The most basic answer is not many people know about it, or have had time to watch it or rate it on certain sites such as "Anime Planet". This Anime although isn't perfect in any shape of form, its good, really good. If you don't mind close relationships between family members that is. The magic is amazing and the actual storyline is pretty unique. If you like magic related Anime then this is right up your street. GO check it out :)

Reason for Spotlight:
The reason I have chosen this for the spotlight is because I haven't found an anime that is similar to this, of course there's anime that have some elements of this, but not the point where I am comparing 24/7. This anime was on the first ones I loved and adored and it was an interesting storyline. This was an almost perfect anime but it had some minor problems but nothing that spoiled the enjoyment of this anime. If you have enjoyed anime such as "InuYasha" and "Pretear" and like genres such as "Fantasy" and "Drama" then you will most likely enjoy this anime.

PS. The intro song is amazing and catchy :)

I will not compare this to any other anime but, If you like sad Anime for a reason then this Anime is worth every second.

If you anime which last long and has many different genres linked to it then this anime is perfect for you.

PS. Don't think that the end is after this series as there is a second short series called "InuYasha: The Final Act" which is what concludes the whole Anime.

Review of Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun (My Little Monster)

The storyline is a normal romance/comedy storyline but with little things different to other anime. Although this anime had some differences, I kept thinking about the anime "Say I Love You". I really did love this Anime but because of the things that were so similar I couldn’t rate it 9 or 10.

The Animation and Sound was not a problem to me at all.

The main characters were a bit weird as I had a love/hate relationship with some of them. Haru and Shizuku the two main ones were the ones I had a love/hate relationship, like throughout the whole anime, they were just sometimes making me all happy and then the next I felt really annoyed. I think out of all the characters, only two of them I actually loved which was Asako and Souhei.

Overall I really did enjoy this anime but I wished there was more differences to other anime and also for the characters to be a little less annoying.

I think it's pretty obvious why I am spotlighting it, I rated it 5 stars and the AVG. Rating on Anime Planet in my opinion is just too low for what is a really good Anime. If you like anime such as "Fate/Stay Night", "Shining Tears X Wind" and "Tsubasa Chronicle" then you should most certainly should check out this Anime.

Review of La Storia Della Arcana Famiglia

First off I want to say, I can see why some people didn't like it, but I did.

The story was amazing but I also felt like it lacked something... I wanted a bit more action but other than that I felt like it was an awesome storyline and it was unique apart from using Tarot cards which I think other Anime have used.

The Animation and Sound was not a problem to me bar the fact the Dubbed voice of Felicitá was a tad annoying at times.

I really loved the main three characters; Felicitá, Nova and Libertà. Nova and Libertà's relationship develops so much throughout the anime and I really loved that. The only problem I had with the characters was the fact I wanted more storylines to the other main characters for example I wanted to know more about Dante.

Overall I really loved this Anime but wished that a few things were different and of course, I wished it would have been longer.

Review of Hiiro no Kakera: The Tamayori Princess Saga

I found this out by searching for random anime… this came up and It was in dub... soo I was like "Why not!?" The storyline was freaking perfect and unique and I haven’t really seen anything like this before in books or anime.

The animation and sound was done really well and went well with the anime and made it feel realistic like I was there with the characters.

The characters were developed so well and amazing and each one had flaws and things that they needed to work on. Thought I loved most characters 1 or 2 really bugged me...and felt like they weren't needed…

My overall opinion of this anime was I loved it so much and I was excited to know that there was a second season.

I go to college studying Media (TV & Film).

I love watching Anime. (If I didn't watch anime, then being on this site is kind of... pointless).

Anyway I am fun to hang around with I think... errm.. well I hope!
