Changes to the Blog

Hello,

There is some changes to this blog.

First change is that I am no longer doing this blog alone, as you can tell by the new title of the blog :P
My friend Demi will be now doing this blog along with me. She is recently new to Anime but has already watched roughly 10 Anime Series and has a huge list of Anime to watch.

Second change is that there is no longer going to be a schedule as we may be busy different days of the week etc.

Last but no means least, the type of posts that will be published will stil be of the same sort, for example:

• Recommendations etc.

Every post that has been before this date, was posted and done by Tara.

Anime Recommendation #11: If you like Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood you might like...

The foundation of alchemy is based on the law of equivalent exchange; you cannot produce something from nothing. As such, alchemy is bound by one taboo - human transmutation. Four years ago two young brothers, Edward and Alphonse Elric, broke this taboo when they tried to resurrect their dead mother. During the process Al's body disintegrated and Ed lost his leg. He is, she says, merely a torch whose life will come to an end when the blue flame in his chest ceases to burn. After this rude awakening, Yuuji realizes that he is able to see the flames of life in other "torches"; and after discovering that a friend of his is also a torch -- and her life is burning out faster than his – he gains the courage to live out the rest of his life with meaning. Will Yuuji be able to find his place in the world before he ceases to exist?

Anime Recommendation #5: If you like Psycho-Pass you might like...

If you liked Psycho-Pass:

In the future, a system called Sibyl presides over the country and provides order to every facet of life. It dictates which job fields citizens should go into based on aptitude tests, and can even read each resident's mental state and predict which ones are likely to commit crimes in the future. Fresh from exams, Akane Tsunemori is beginning her career as an Inspector, a specialized police officer who works to apprehend these latent criminals and stop crimes before they happen. But not all that get caught are eliminated or jailed, some join the police force as Enforcers to provide insight into criminals’ minds, and Akane is warned not to get too close to them, as they're considered little more than hunting dogs. Though skeptical of this advice, and Sibyl's judgement, Akane is determined to work together with her Enforcers to protect the peace of her city and its inhabitants.

You might like Tokyo Ghoul:

The suspense horror/dark fantasy story is set in Tokyo, which is haunted by mysterious "ghouls" who are devouring humans. People are gripped by the fear of these ghouls whose identities are masked in mystery. An ordinary college student named Kaneki encounters Rize, a girl who is an avid reader like him, at the café he frequents. Little does he realize that his fate will change overnight.

You might like Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love 1000%:

With this one I thought I would add that although they are alike with the obvious they are completely different in a another way. Being that DL is dark and twisted and BC is happy go lucky.

Anime Spotlight #4: Tears to Tiara

Description:
Rhiannon is the fair and gentle daughter of a village chief. Unfortunately for her, she's also exactly the sort of maiden who is needed as a sacrifice to wake the Demon King Arawn from his thousand-year slumber and is soon kidnapped for this very purpose. However, when Arawn is summoned, he decides to spare Rhiannon's life, instead killing her captor and freeing her from mind control. Taken with his kindness, Rhiannon immediately decides to marry the Demon King, making him the new village chief. All of this is bad news for Rhiannon's protective but hot-headed brother Arthur, who must now pledge his knightly service to his new Lord, Arawn. Together the three of them must journey and together they must fight, encountering new friends and new foes along the way.

Reason for Spotlight:
This was an amazing anime although at first a little slow and annoying. This anime is so under-rated.. I have barely or at all ever seen anyone talk about this Anime before, which is sad because I loved the idea of including a certain legendary story in it. This anime needs more love and more attention starting from today. If you liked the anime "Utawarerumono" or "Tsubasa Chronicle" then you may like this. 

My Rating: 4.5 Stars
